Fashion Looks To Steal From The Boys This Fall

1. Oxfords
A good classic oxford will be more valuable and wearable than any pair of heels you’ve ever owned. It’s grunge but classy and feminine but chunky; the perfect balance for fall footwear. An amazing androgynous staple that can be a classy shoe, or a casual one. An exaggerated toe modernizes it as does a distressed, colored wash.

2. Denim Button-Downs
This is such a versatile basic that you can wear year round. Wear it in a light chambray or a little thicker and play around with different washes. Style a vintage scarf in the pocket, and leave a couple of buttons undone to add some va-va-voom to the menswear basic.

3. Slouchy Harem Trousers
Harem pants are super versatile soft pants, and the drop crotch gives them an edgy look. Very comfortable, and a version of sweatpants that you can actually wear outside. Great for business, brunch, or a night out on the town, with strategic shoe choices. Try with a more fitted top, like a silk halter.

4. Beanie
Play around with colors and patterns. Lightweight ones in cashmere look a little more classed up, while a thicker and chunkier knit will look a little more street wear inspired. Try a fuzzier one if you have straight hair, or a thin ribbed one if you want to cuff it for a tighter fit.

8 Certain Signs You’re With the Man You Should Marry

Are you dating the right guy? It’s hard to tell, especially when you’re stuck in relationships and don’t know what you want from your man. What are you looking for in your partner? Does he want to be with you forever and ever? Most women can’t find the right answers. But there are some tricks to tell if you’re ready to marry a certain guy.
Here is a list of qualities that you should pay attention on. These signs will help you to find out if you two are bound for life.

1. He’s a good teammate
Fighting for something together is always good than fighting with each other. You both can improve and inspire each other achieving your dreams. If you are a good team – be sure, he will be there for you whenever you need it.

2. He doesn’t try to change you
Even the silliest things you do seem cute to him. He won’t judge your unusual lifestyle and weird friends. He appreciates you for who you are and understands that you’re two completely different people with different past.

3. He cares about your family
You marry not only a person, you also marry his/her family as well. If he calls your parents with no effort, enjoys visiting them and easily gets along with them – this is the right guy. Pay more attention on the relationship between your family and your boyfriend and make the right decisions.

4. You’ve survived a long-distance relationship
This is great challenge for any couple. You love each other very much and believe everything is possible. You both are ready for necessary sacrifices, knowing everything will be ok when you get back together.

5. It’s OK for you to plan the future with him
You feel confident about it. The thought of spending the rest of your life together and having kids with him doesn’t scare you both and even gets you excited.

6. You trust each other and don’t have any secrets between the two of you
Trust is one of the most important qualities in a relationship. You don’t have to hide anything from your boyfriend. You can share any secret with him without feeling embarrassed. And you can be sure, he won’t judge you.

7. He appreciates spending time with you
Hanging out with a company of friends is always fun. But every healthy couple needs some quality time together. It helps you to fix some relationship problems or just enjoy spending time together without unnecessary audience.

8. He satisfies you in bed
This just can’t be ignored. Being sexually comfortable with each other means a lot. Also it’s important to talk openly about your sex life. That’s what makes a strong and long-lasting relationship.

One pot wonders: simple, warming, cook-ahead meals to feed a hungry family

Life is complicated enough without making a mountain out of a mealtime. Or so food writer Hattie Ellis has discovered. After years of happy singledom, she met and married her husband, Tim, in her early 40s and was catapulted into running a household that included three teenage boys. Even though she had spent her adult life testing recipes and exploring ingredients for a living, this was different. “Suddenly,” she recalls ruefully, “I was at the business end of cooking.”

Do I hear hollow laughter? Those of us who already cater for a family know the challenges. And Hattie’s solution is a time-honoured one, batch cooking dishes and concocting one-pots, combined with determination not to make feeding the hordes into a chore. “I still want to enjoy cooking and I find there are two corners in the week when I can put the radio on and make a stew, use the bones to make stock, some soup, a crumble, maybe a curry.”

Now she has compiled the recipes into a book, The One Pot Cook, a collection she describes as “almost-ready-meals” that can be dished out throughout the week. Not every pot holds a complete meal – some, like the Peposo below, need a salad and potatoes – but the point is that they don’t need much else to make a good supper.

Adaptability is key. “Some dishes can be eaten on their own or as a side dish. And the leftovers are brilliant – so this works for single people as well as families.”
Ingredients are not set in stone, either, as “people have different things they like in their fridge, or in their veg box”. The bottom line is that a good one-pot is a well-tempered dish, “not reliant on you being super accurate on timings or quantities”. It’s also great for showcasing cheap cuts of meat, and making them go further. Time, it turns out, is the magic ingredient. “The French make their coq au vin the day before, because the flavour molecules develop over time – like a curry. So cooking ahead isn’t just convenient – food tastes better for it, with time for the ingredients to meld together.”

Deliciously Ella's healthy Hallowe'en treats

As Hallowe’en approaches, now seems the perfect time to share some of my favourite autumnal sweet recipes. When the weather gets colder and the days shorten, I find I need an afternoon pick-me-up, and these treats are so comforting and delicious that I’d love you to try them too.
The pumpkin bread, especially, is ideal for this time of year. The mix of soft pumpkin sponge, sweetened with maple sauce, tastes unbelievable. The texture of the bread is also great, as the crust is wonderfully crunchy while the inside is deliciously soft. It makes a lovely breakfast on a cold morning, a sweet dessert or a perfect afternoon snack. I love having a slice of it spread with a little coconut oil and honey, or if I’m feeling extra indulgent I’ll add a layer of the caramel dipping sauce from my popcorn recipe – it’s absolute heaven.

Popcorn with caramel dipping sauce was designed for cold, snuggly evenings on the sofa watching a movie. It’s easy to make, fun to eat and perfectly sweet. The sauce is made with dates, maple syrup, coconut sugar, coconut oil and cinnamon, and you can add a little water to thin it down. It tastes pretty spectacular and I have a feeling that you’ll drizzle it on just about everything you eat – and of course devour it straight from the bowl with a spoon!
I toss the popcorn in a little coconut oil and coconut sugar so that it has a subtle flavour of its own, but it’s the dip that really makes it come to life. It’s tempting to pour the sauce all over your bowl of popcorn, but this quickly turns it soggy – and everyone wants crunchy popcorn – so try to resist the temptation.

If you’re looking for a good trick-or-treat sweet for next weekend, go for these little vanilla-infused almond butter chocolates – they’re a real winner. Cunningly, they really don’t look or taste healthy at all, especially with the big dollop of creamy nut butter in the middle of each bite. I like using almond butter in mine, but peanut butter tastes great too. I also add vanilla powder and salt to my recipes as they really enhance the existing chocolatey, nutty flavours.
All three recipes are pretty easy to make and will absolutely sate any sweet tooth. Hopefully they’ll make your Hallowe’en extra delicious too!

Chopstick Fan

Thought the last few inventions were bizarre? Well, this one is just as wacky. The Chopstick Fan is no regular utensil. These utensils have a fan that will cool any hot foods. The fan comes in handy when there is no time to wait for your food to cool down. Turn on the fan while you eat for a cooling effect and lovely meal.

Napkins Pants

Napkin Pants are the next big things. Most people are too lazy to grab a paper towel, so they just wipe their hands on their pants. Wiping wet hands on your pants can cause discomfort. Now with the Napkin Pants, there is an area on the back thigh where hands can be dried without bringing you discomfort.

New and Style Baby Mop

The Baby Mop is a way to give your crawling baby chores without them knowing. These onesies have mop material on the forearms and forelegs. The baby then crawls and cleans the house for you, while you sit and relax. This innovative way of cleaning teaches your baby responsibility at a young age.

Panorama Hat

Is taking a panorama with your smart phone too difficult? Can't keep a steady hand dragging your smart phone to capture everything? Well, thanks to brilliant Japanese developers, there is a hat that will take panorama photos for you. This hat has cameras located all over the hat for the perfect panorama.

Amazingly Horrible Eyebrow Fails

Eyebrows. If you think about it, they’re a lot like bears. Furry little things that, if you leave well alone and don’t disturb them – with, say, tweezers – everything’s fine. But start messing with them and you could find yourself in a lot of trouble. With a real messed up face. They’re also quite a lot like caterpillars. But only aesthetically. Although plenty of the crazy eyebrow fails that we’ll be showing you here don’t look like fuzzy brown caterpillars. In fact, most don’t look like eyebrows at all. Which is what makes them all so darn bad. The following 15 pictures are all proof that when it comes to your brow, natural is good. Whether there’s a bear near you or nor – put down those tweezers, folks…
We can’t quite see how big this lady’s face is, what with only her shoulders being visible (scale and all that…). But she must know. So how has she get the proportions of her eyebrows so desperately wrong? When are anyone’s eyebrows an inch and a half high? Also – what’s up with the coloring here? Oh dear. There’s just so much wrong. But if you think these bad boys are a mess, then keep on clickin’…

This girl’s asking us if she knows us from MySpace. Well, that depends. It’s been quite a long time since we logged into our MySpace accounts (about eight years…). But still. We don’t remember talking to a girl with the longest and highest eyebrows in the world. Every application of these mammoth brows must surely run out a whole eyebrow liner pencil.

A New Solution That Stops Snoring and Lets You Sleep

If you constantly feel exhausted, experience headaches for no obvious reason or have high blood pressure, it could be the result of snoring.
More than a simple annoyance, snoring is also the most common symptom of a potentially serious health problem—obstructive sleep apnea (OSA).
Over 18 million Americans snore, and it’s related to OSA. People who suffer from OSA repeatedly and unknowingly stop breathing during the night due to a complete or partial obstruction of their airway.  It occurs when the jaw, throat, and tongue muscles relax, blocking the airway used to breathe.  The resulting lack of oxygen can last for a minute or longer, and occur hundreds of times each night.

OSA has been linked to:
  • Acid reflux
  • Frequent nighttime urination
  • Memory loss
  • Stroke
  • Depression
  • Diabetes
  • Heart attack
People over 35 are at higher risk.
OSA can be expensive to diagnosis and treat — up to $5,000 — and those treatments can sometimes be quite painful. Plus, they're not always covered by insurance.
However, a recent study published by Eastern Virginia Medical School's Division of Sleep Medicine concluded that wearing a simple chinstrap while sleeping can be an effective treatment for OSA.
The chin strap, which is now available from a company called MySnoringSolution, works by supporting the lower jaw and tongue, preventing obstruction of the airway.  It’s made from a high-tech, lightweight, and super-comfortable material.  Thousands of people have used the MySnoringSolution chinstrap and reported better sleeping, and better health overall because of it.

An effective snoring solution for just $119

The “My Snoring Solution” Chinstrap is available exclusively from the company’s website, which is currently offering a limited time “2 for 1” offer.  The product also comes with an unconditional 90-day, money-back guarantee!
If you want to stop snoring once and for all, without expensive CPAPs or other intrusive devices, this may be the solution you’ve been waiting for.
